Chen Qimai hopes that by combining the existing public transportation network, it can meet the daily mobility needs of the people, and gradually reduce the ownership and utilization rate of private vehicles to reduce parking demand, let "share" replace "hold", and release limited cities space.

Goshare launched 700 brand-new shared electric scooter in Kaohsiung City on the 21st. People can rent and return the shared scooter on the roadside through the mobile app, which greatly improves mobility and integrates Kaohsiung City through a variety of shared vehicles Public transportation networks such as light rail, MRT, and buses have gradually replaced private transportation equipment to meet the needs of people's mobile life.

The Transportation Bureau stated that the range of shared locomotive services provided by Goshare includes Zuoying District, Gushan District, Sanmin District, Yancheng District, Qianjin District, Xinxing District, Lingya District, Qianzhen District, Fengshan District, etc.9 It provides services in three administrative districts and provides services for 3 types of vehicles, and provides 24-hour service to areas along the MRT crossroad network, covering major transportation hubs, key school districts and popular attractions.

高雄市除原有共享電動自行車、共享電動機車、共享汽車及YouBike2.0公共自行車之外，睿能數位服務(Goshare)已向市府交通局申請核准，1月21日起在高雄市投入700輛共享機車提供租借服務，提供民眾移動的新選擇，服務範圍擴及左營、鼓山及鳳山等9個行政區。

市長陳其邁致詞表示，高雄市被紐約時報邀集讀者投稿入選成為全球52個最愛城市，高雄的悠閒、街角、人情味…，透過共享運具就能一一走訪，藉由共享運具的提供，可以讓全國民眾深刻體會到高雄的美。

陳其邁期望透過結合既有的公共運輸路網，能滿足民眾日常移動需求，並逐步降低私人車輛持有率及使用率，以減少停車需求，讓「共享」取代「持有」，釋放有限的城市空間。

睿能數位服務(Goshare)21日於高雄市投入700輛全新的共享電動機車，民眾可透過手機APP即能路邊租還共享機車，大幅提升移動便利性，透過多元的共享運具結合高雄市輕軌、捷運及公車等大眾運輸路網，逐步取代私人運具，滿足民眾的移動生活需求。

交通局表示，睿能數位服務(Goshare)提供的共享機車服務範圍包含左營區、鼓山區、三民區、鹽埕區、前金區、新興區、苓雅區、前鎮區及鳳山區等9個行政區，並提供3種車型提供服務，24小時服務捷運十字路網沿線地區，涵蓋主要交通樞紐、重點學區與熱門景點。

睿能數位服務也提供「GoShare 自由試」騎乘回饋，於高雄服務範圍內騎乘更額外獲得「 用 Visa 卡付款即有趟趟騎乘金回饋」、「完成騎士挑戰」賺「4 倍獎勵」等加碼好康。

交通局為避免共享運具長期占用停車格，停放同一停車位逾3天者，須於主管機關通知後4小時內移置，且要求業者應積極於公共運輸場站周邊、百貨商場等停車密集地區，自行設置路外停車場，或增加與民間停車場洽談合作，以增加共享運具停車空間。

目前高雄市合計有2,754輛共享電動自行車、共享電動機車及共享汽車提供服務，加上高雄YouBike2.0全國最多的863個租賃站，高雄市為擁有公共自行車、共享電動自行車、共享電動機車、共享汽車的多元共享城市，GoShare投入高雄市提供服務後，期能更進一步結合既有的紅、橘線捷運、輕軌及公車等公共運輸路網，逐步降低私人車輛持有率及使用率，以減緩停車需求，逐步釋放有限的城市空間。
