千位孩童受惠! 社會局1/20發寒假「弱勢兒少餐食券」

  寒假要來啦!高雄市政府社會局於今(110)年1月20日起,開始發送「兒少餐食券」,預計有1,000位弱勢兒少受惠!兒少可就近至住家附近連鎖超商和連鎖便當店等1,057個兌換據點,兌換77元至80元的等值餐食,在寒假期間,照顧弱勢兒少的基本生活。


  『媽媽妳放心工作,我跟哥哥、弟弟會拿著餐券去買午餐,你不用擔心我們沒吃飯。』國中一年級的芸芸因為父親入獄,母親獨力扶養芸芸跟2位手足,芸芸母親從事居家服務員,工作時間長,除努力撐起家中經濟外,還需要照料孩子的三餐,相當辛苦。社會局社工發現後主動協助,提供兒少餐食兌換劵,並且積極媒合民間資源給予協助,減緩芸芸母親的經濟與照顧負擔,芸芸跟家人對於社工及善心人士的協助充滿感謝!


  社會局辦理弱勢家庭兒少餐食計畫,除運用高市公益彩券盈餘基金外,也結合財團法人張添永慈善基金會、財團法人陳中和翁慈善基金會、財團法人京城社會福利慈善事業基金會、高雄市診所協會及醫師公會等民間團體及善心人士熱心捐款,並與統一超商、來來(OK)超商、全家超商、正忠排骨飯及太師傅便當店等5家廠商合作,推動弱勢家庭兒少寒暑假餐食(券)計畫,透過社工員專業評估,發給高雄市弱勢家庭未成年子女,兒少餐食券每張面額70元,兒少持券可至全市1,057家兌換據點,兌換77元至80元等值餐食,提供的餐食從便當主食到飯糰、麵包、牛奶等,讓兒少可以依照自己的喜好作選擇,但不能兌換菸酒、碳酸類飲料、零食及冰品等。


  社會局長謝琍琍表示,本局秉持「弱勢優先、保護、照顧、支持與發展」核心價值,持續精進創新規劃社會福利,讓弱勢民眾能得到完善的照顧。市府尤其重視照顧弱勢兒少,以「餐食券服務」提供營養餐食,讓孩子不會因為經濟狀況餓肚子。若民眾發現生活困難、疏忽照顧或緊急危難的兒少,可以就近向社會局18處社會福利服務中心、撥打社會福利諮詢專線3344885求助、113保護專線協助通報。

   Winter vacation is coming! The Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government has started to distribute "Children and Small Meal Vouchers" starting from January 20, 110 today. It is estimated that 1,000 disadvantaged children will benefit! Children can go to 1,057 exchange locations such as chain supermarkets and bento stores near their homes to exchange meals worth between RMB 77 and RMB 80, and take care of the basic life of disadvantaged children during the winter vacation.

The Social Affairs Bureau handles the small meal plan for children of disadvantaged families. In addition to using the surplus fund of the Gaoshi public welfare lottery coupons, it also combines the Zhang Tianyong Charity Foundation, the Chen Zhonghe Weng Charity Foundation, the Beijing Social Welfare Charity Foundation, and the Kaohsiung Foundation. City Clinic Association, Physician Association and other non-governmental organizations and benevolent people donated enthusiastically, and cooperated with 5 manufacturers including Uni-President Superstore, Lai Lai (OK) Superstore, Family Superstore, Zhengzhong Ribs Rice and Taishifu Bento Store to promote children from disadvantaged families The meal (vouchers) plan for the winter and summer vacations is given to minor children of disadvantaged families in Kaohsiung City through professional evaluation by social workers. Each meal coupon is 70 yuan in denominations. The coupons can be exchanged at 1,057 exchange points in the city. 77 yuan to 80 yuan equivalent meals, the meals provided range from the staple lunch to rice balls, bread, milk, etc., so that children can choose according to their own preferences, but cannot be exchanged for tobacco and alcohol, carbonated drinks, snacks and ice products Wait.

The city government pays special attention to caring for disadvantaged children and provides nutritious meals with the "meal coupon service" so that children will not be hungry due to financial conditions.
