Q2. 請問表達藝術治療的意涵

A:人們總有些深藏在內心、無法言喻的情緒感受,這些情感若無適當疏通,就容易阻滯淤塞,累積到一定程度就會潰堤。

表達藝術治療即是藉音樂、美術、舞蹈、戲劇、文學等藝術媒介轉化情感,紓解壓力與達成非語言的溝通互動,透過藝術與心靈的對話進行自我探索、發現與成長的目標。

(一) 表達藝術治療的類別及介紹

1. 音樂治療

音樂直接觸及人心深處,能創造情境、影響情緒、引發情感而作用於人們身體上,有效紓解身心壓力。再者,音樂是非語言的溝通,能在無法以語言交流時達到溝通的效果,所以音樂治療也替諸多醫療上無解的問題,提供另一思考的面向及紓解管道。

2. 藝術治療

創造力是一種本能,創造的能量對心理健康至為關鍵。在完全投入創作時,自然會統整身心靈,進而得到轉化與昇華。藝術治療讓參與者藉由塗鴉進行想像,以各種美術媒材進行藝術創作與分享,無形中完成自我整合,也就能更認識自我內在。

3. 戲劇治療

我們在實際生活中經常無時間、機會甚或能力將自己內心深處的感覺表達出來。例如在心理劇中,導演會引導參與者進行角色扮演,將自己內在的抽象感受具體外化,並透過戲劇所產生的共鳴,以一種不自覺的參與方式來抒發情緒和自我統整。此歷程就是把我們成長過程中關鍵的發展經驗濃縮再現,以整理我們的人生經歷,並從中發現內在豐富資源。

4. 閱讀暨書寫治療

透過詩作、散文、繪本、小故事等媒材的文字張力、文學內涵及圖片的啟發,幫助人們表達無法言喻的思想、行動與情感,並喚醒儲存於長期記憶中的認知和情緒經驗,促進自我覺察與發現,接著在分享的互動歷程中,由文字中與和自己相同遭遇的人產生連結,減輕孤單感並產生新的認知、態度和行為,有效解除心理困擾或懸而未決的問題。


(二)表達藝術治療可由下列要點著手(江夢蓉,民87):

1. 營造安全信任的創作空間

2. 必要時挑選合適的音樂

3. 蒐集創作題材

4. 運用藝術媒介

5. 釐清內在的情感與意念

「表達藝術治療」是透過藝術創造及延伸性的自由表達,讓參與者表現出個人內心壓抑的情感與衝突,並在過程中獲得抒發與滿足。這也是一種非語言的溝通,能夠提升與外界的連結(曹純瓊,民83)。表達藝術治療是一種創造性的連結,將藝術與心理層面聯繫,在藝術表現的同時以口語引導進入藝術心理歷程,讓人們能重新發現自身生命軌跡與蘊藏內心的情感,這正是其力量之所在。

A2. People always have some deep in the heart, unspeakable emotional feelings, these feelings if not properly unblocked, it is easy to block the silt, accumulated to a certain extent will burst the embankment.

Expression art therapy is the goal of self-exploration, discovery and growth through the dialogue between art, art, dance, drama, literature and other artistic media to transform emotions, relieve stress and achieve non-language communication and interaction.

(a) The categories and introductions of art therapy

1. Music therapy

Music directly touches the heart, can create situations, affect emotions, trigger emotions and act on people's bodies, effectively relieve physical and mental stress. Moreever, music is non-language communication, can achieve the effect of communication when it is not possible to communicate in language, so music therapy also for many medical problems, to provide another way of thinking and relief channels.

2. Art therapy

Creativity is an instinct, and the energy created is critical to mental health. When fully engaged in creation, nature will whole the mind, and then get transformation and sublimation. Art therapy allows participants to imagine through graffiti, to create and share art with a variety of art media, to complete self-integration invisibly, and to better understand the inner self.

Drama therapy

In real life, we often have no time, opportunity, or even the ability to express our innermost feelings. For example, in a psychological drama, the director guides the participants to perform role-playing, to externalize their inner abstract feelings, and to express emotions and self-unity in an unconscious way through the resonance generated by the play. This process is to enrich the key development experiences of our growth process to organize our life experiences and discover the inner rich resources.

4. Reading and writing therapy

Through poetry, prose, drawings, small stories and other media of text tension, literary connotation and picture inspiration, to help people express indescribable thoughts, actions and emotions, and awaken the long-term memory stored in the cognitive and emotional experience, promote self-awareness and discovery, and then in the interactive process of sharing, from the text and the same experience with their own people to create a link, reduce loneliness and produce new cognition, attitude and behavior, effectively relieve psychological distress or unresolved problems.


(2) The treatment of the art of expression may be initiated by the following points (Jiang Mengxuan, Min 87):

1. Create a creative space for secure trust

2. Pick the right music if necessary

3. Collect creative themes

4. Use of the art medium

5. Clarify the emotions and thoughts within

"Expression Art Therapy" is through artistic creation and extended free expression, so that participants show the emotional and conflict of personal depression, and in the process to obtain expression and satisfaction. This is also a kind of non-language communication, can enhance the connection with the outside world (Cao Chunqiong, Min 83). Expression art therapy is a kind of creative connection, which links art with psychological level, and at the same time guides the artistic psychology course with oral language, so that people can redisco find their own life trajectory and inner emotion, which is where its strength lies.
