大米長在水里,含有濕氣,濕性黏稠,
所以大米一熬就稠了。
紅豆和薏米都是祛濕的,本身不含濕,

如何分辨真薏仁、假薏仁、台灣本土產薏仁?

台灣本土產的薏仁都屬於糙薏仁(即俗稱的紅薏仁),特色為顆粒較小、麩皮顏色較紅有光澤,且腹溝較窄較深;而進口的糙薏仁,其特徵為顆粒較大、麩皮顏色從偏黃褐色至紅棕色都有,且腹溝較寬較淺。此外,從越南進口的有些糙薏仁,其麩皮顏色偏紅棕色,與台灣本土產很難區別。
而市售精白薏仁和大薏仁的特色則為顆粒較大、顏色較白且腹溝較寬較淺,可以上網或信賴商家查詢!
📌另外是薏仁?還是大麥?標示不實將受罰囉!
💢廠商要注意!!
為了讓大家能看清楚標示,正確選購薏仁
📌衛生福利部食品藥物管理署規範食品業者自2017年1月1日起規範:
在製造的大麥產品外包裝上不得僅標示「小薏仁」、「洋薏仁」或「珍珠薏仁」等商品名稱,應並列實際所含原料標示,例如:「大麥(小薏仁)」、「大麥(洋薏仁)」或「大麥(珍珠薏仁)」等,且內容物應如實標示為大麥,避免造成消費者誤解!
此外,如果食品的原料包含大麥,則內容物亦應如實標示為大麥,不得僅標示大麥的俗名。
💢若業者未依規定標示,涉標示不實,依食品安全衛生管理法可處新臺幣4萬至400萬元罰鍰,相關食品業者應正確標示,以免受罰!
薏仁雖好但是食用薏仁應該注意的事項:
1、因為薏仁會使身體冷虛,虛寒體制不適宜長期服用,所以懷孕婦女及正值經期的婦女應該避免食用。
2、薏仁所含的醣類黏性較高,所以吃太多可能會妨礙消化唷!
3、薏仁雖然有降低血脂及血糖的功用,但畢竟只是一種保健食品,不能當作藥品。
