紅豆除富含碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白質、維生素外,還有別的豆類少有或沒有的三萜皂甙、煙酸等。並且紅豆富含鐵質,是我們飲食的補血佳品呢!
♥️透析紅豆養分
1、健脾胃
冬天脾胃消化能力相對較強,吸收較好。所以,身體較虛弱的人冬天應加緊進補,做好來年的營養儲備,來年才會精力好、力氣壯,而且不會生病。

2、養心補血

♥️紅棗紅豆消水腫
材料:紅豆約300克、茯苓3~4片、蓮子400克,去籽紅棗可取代砂糖約10顆,若吃不慣可加少許砂糖調味,以上材料為1人1周的份量。
功效:補血、美白、安神、清心去熱。
做法:將紅豆、茯苓和蓮子洗淨,再將茯苓剝成指甲大小,和紅豆泡水2小時,蓮子不用泡水,電鍋外鍋放4杯水,內鍋放紅豆和茯苓,水加到七或八分滿,按下開關,待跳起再加蓮子、紅棗,外鍋再加1杯水再煮1次。
另外再推薦紅豆黑米♥️美顏粥的做法:
1,準備所有材料,紅棗,黑米提前浸泡一晚(或者3個小時以上)
2.除了紅糖以外,放入砂鍋加水熬煮1個小時
3.一個小時候後調入紅糖即可

📌「紅豆薏米粥」
是祛濕
祛濕要溫和、理氣、發汗,薏米祛濕雖好,卻寒性過重,直接煮著吃,會影響氣的運行,也無法發汗,還傷脾,導致脾無法運化濕氣的,可能會加重濕氣。
🔥Tip薏米要炒過喔!寒氣降低,才能更好的祛濕健脾。
(紅豆可以換成赤小豆)可以加上芡實。
芡實有補脾止瀉,除濕止帶,益腎固精的功效,常用於脾虛久瀉,遺精滑精,遺尿尿頻,帶下,白濁。即芡實、赤小豆、炒熟的薏米3者搭配,能健脾又祛濕。
另外秘笈
1、.加大棗:
注意婦女產後的保養時,喝這個粥要去掉薏米,可在其中再加點大棗,大棗能溫中、健脾、養血,是很適宜的。
2、加生薑:
若著涼感冒了,或體內有寒,胃中寒痛,食慾不佳,可在薏米紅豆粥中加幾片生薑。
生薑可溫中驅寒,健脾和胃。
💢但生薑不能多放,否則會使粥變得辛辣
3、加黑豆:
