The bus service time is 05:30~20:30. 尖石鄉後山地區幅員廣闊，為普及偏鄉部落的公共運輸，新竹縣政府、尖石鄉公所與交通部公路總局通力合作，爭取到「公路公共運輸提昇計畫」核定總經費431萬餘元推出「噗噗共乘」類計程車服務，由在地居民及車輛組成車隊，為玉峰村及秀巒村村民提供預約到府接送服務，近日也在縣長楊文科、原民會主委夷將．拔路兒和立委高金素梅等一同見證下「噗噗共乘」正式上路，期盼未來逐步擴展服務範圍!

縣長楊文科表示，縣府積極爭取改善原鄉道路外，也希望讓尖石鄉後山居民也能有「行的權利」，期盼順利推動「噗噗共乘」後，培養部落居民搭乘習慣與信任，讓尖石每一位民眾都能享受到便利公共運輸服務!

楊文科縣長說明，「噗噗共乘」去年12/15試營運期間至1/15為期一個月內接送人次已累計達到331人次！預約人數持續增加中，歡迎在地村民加入車隊，一起服務有需要的學生及長者！並於1/6推出 QRcode掃碼乘車，為村民製作專屬QRcode，讓乘車更加便利！

交通部科技顧問室簡任技正劉建邦表示，「噗噗共乘」簡單來說，就是將Uber服務帶到偏鄉，在地司機開著自用車服務在地人，創造在地連結為宗旨。依據鄉內後山玉峰村、秀巒村居民就學、就醫、集會活動、轉乘接送等運輸需求特性，建立以在地多元車輛共享模式，提供後山兩村居民更便捷運輸服務。乘車服務時間為05:30~20:30，服務民眾涵蓋玉峰國小學生就學、長者前往桃園市復興區華陵醫療站就醫、玉峰及石磊文化健康站長者集會活動參與等。

「噗噗共乘」以公開徵才方式招募尖石鄉在地居民擔任駕駛，後續透過輔導機制考核駕駛，確保車輛資格及行車安全，民眾可安心搭乘由熟識的在地人所駕駛的車輛，「噗噗共乘」創造了在地就業與青年返鄉機會，促進原鄉公共運輸長期發展。

尖石鄉長曾國大表示，因應原來公共運輸車只有服務到前山那羅部落，而從那羅部落到玉峰及秀巒最少還有20幾公里距離，透過這次計畫推出「玉峰1、2線」與「秀巒1、2線」基本路線，讓尖石後山地區10幾個部落居民都可以享受服務，感謝交通部、新竹縣政府、鼎漢顧問願意投入豐富的交通資源，共同為改善偏鄉交通環境盡一份力量。

「噗噗共乘」村民可透過文健站、學校、衛生室、教會等在地合作單位進行預約，或撥打0800-660-696預約專線，專線服務時間為平日09:30~ 17:00，於前1日預約登記，媒合中心收到預約後即會進行媒合，若乘客達2人以上即可發車。
