民間藝訊

苗栗縣人文薈萃，客家、閩南、原住民文化多元且豐富，為了讓民眾更了解縣內的藝文活動，苗栗縣政府文化觀光局每月定期出版《貓裏藝文》，至今已逾二十載，內容以苗栗縣藝文類的展覽、演出、競賽等相關活動訊息為主，旨在把當月藝文訊息即時傳遞給讀者，並透過藝術家、在地文創店家的介紹，將藝術文化融入日常生活之中。

為了讓藝文訊息更多元及加強在地藝文空間的連結，《貓裏藝文》將自110年5月號開放民間團體免費刊登藝文訊息，凡活動內容涵蓋「苗栗」及「藝文」即可申請。苗栗縣政府文化觀光局局長林彥甫表示，《貓裏藝文》是苗栗文化發聲的代表，目前以公家機關辦理的展演活動為主，若能引進民間團體的活動，想必能為《貓裏藝文》帶來嶄新的局面，期盼透過發布不同的藝文訊息，讓「麻雀雖小五臟俱全」的月刊，可以與更多讀者及其他縣市文化做交流，進而影響到文化發展與其文化進步。
