新北市致力打造友善環境，市長侯友宜今(19)日出席永和博愛陸橋電梯暨堤外無障礙牽引道啟用儀式，這是新北第13座河濱水岸友善電梯，在地爺爺奶奶們也前來體驗更舒適便利的休閒環境。

侯市長在致詞中提到，為了讓市民擁有更多休憩空間，新北市不斷提升高灘地周邊綠地的使用率，包含興建公園、球場、溜滑梯，以及全長209公里的自行車道等，透過多樣化設施讓民眾更親近水岸之美。

侯友宜指出，河濱通常鄰近環河快速車道，影響民眾進入意願，為提升民眾安全與便利，興建水岸電梯十分重要，今日啟用的永和博愛陸橋水岸電梯是新北第13座，全齡友善的設計，不論輪椅、自行車或兒童推車都能輕易進出，並結合楊三郎知名畫作《玉山日出》意象妝點。

水利局表示，未來會持續尋找合適地點建設更多水岸電梯，提升大眾使用率。博愛陸橋電梯結合堤外無障礙坡道設計，歡迎永和居民多加使用，全家大小一同親近河岸。

[New Taipei City News] New Taipei City is committed to creating a friendly environment. Mayor Hou Youyi attended the opening ceremony of the Yonghe Boai Land Bridge Elevator and the barrier-free traction road outside the embankment on the 19th. This is the 13th riverside-friendly elevator in New Taipei City. We also come to experience a more comfortable and convenient leisure environment.

In his speech, Mayor Hou mentioned that in order to provide citizens with more leisure space, New Taipei City has continuously increased the use of green space around high beaches, including the construction of parks, stadiums, slides, and 209 kilometers of bicycle lanes. The facilities bring people closer to the beauty of the waterfront.

Hou Youyi pointed out that the riverside is usually close to the expressway around the river, which affects people’s willingness to enter. In order to improve people’s safety and convenience, the construction of waterfront elevators is very important. The Yonghe Boai Land Bridge Waterfront Elevator opened today is the 13th in New Taipei, which is friendly for all ages. Designed to be easily accessible regardless of wheelchair, bicycle or stroller, it is also decorated with the imagery of Yang Sanlang's famous painting "Yushan Sunrise".

The Bureau of Water Resources said that in the future, it will continue to find suitable locations to build more waterfront elevators to increase public utilization. The Boai Land Bridge Elevator combines the design of the barrier-free ramp outside the embankment, welcome Yonghe residents to use it more, and the whole family can get close to the river bank together.
