　　「2021 彰化國際藝術節實驗劇場」演出計畫已開始受理報名，彰化縣政府特於2月24日上午在彰化市武德殿舉辦記者會說明活動辦法，副縣長洪榮章代表縣長王惠美與會，廣邀大家即日起至110年4月15日止，只要您為全國立案之演藝團隊，歡迎報名參加徵選，每團最高核定經費為新臺幣25萬元整。本計畫以彰化在地元素與環境連結為概念，於非正式劇場演出形式，以彰化市既有傳統歷史、生活、藝文空間為演出場地，打造多元的藝文演出環境，屆時請拭目以待。

副縣長洪榮章說，2023年為彰化縣建縣300年，300年是一個非常榮耀的歷史，彰化縣文化局有很多慶祝建縣300年的文化活動，去(109)年即辦理藝遊南郭作為暖身開場，配合2021年彰化國際藝術節，有包括戶外大型劇場、戶外街頭藝人表演、實驗劇場等，本次記者會是為了讓實驗劇場能夠更活潑生動、讓更多人來參與，希望號召全國演藝團體都能夠共襄盛舉前來報名送件，表演時間、地點等都由表演團體來決定，地點包括公園、車站、古蹟、美術館等，只要符合演出背景都由表演團體決定，希望透過此活動能夠集思廣益，讓演出更精彩絕倫，讓民眾一飽眼福，歡迎大家共襄盛舉。

文化局表示，「2021年彰化國際藝術節」整個活動將於7、8月隆重登場，展開為期1個半月的藝文展演活動，包含大型戶外公演、戶外街頭藝人表演及實驗劇場。本次藝術節預期為古都注入創新元素，以全新藝術手法，重新詮釋彰化的歷史與脈絡，打造古都新的藝術饗宴。

實驗劇場以環境連結的方式連接場域的歷史脈絡，期創造出獨一無二的表演形式。透過歷史場域、表演藝術及觀賞者三者結合，團隊以創新、新穎、具實驗的精神，融合彰化在地元素，集結歷史、藝術與傳統文化，自由揮灑舞台細胞，或以即將建縣300年之歷史背景等，以環境連結概念發展場域空間的可能性，期帶給參與民眾全新的感官體驗，激化展演價值，對團隊與觀眾都是一場創新考驗與挑戰。

本次計畫徵選優秀實驗劇場團隊，促進在地文化創生，提供藝術家展演平台與機會。結合街道特色和彰化人文歷史，吸引國內外觀光客，找尋記憶的時空廊道並體驗彰化文化城市魅力。實驗劇場以戶外場域為主軸，由入選團隊決定演出地點，以自己最有靈感的戶外場域，融合彰化在地元素、連結歷史，打造出獨一無二的劇本及演出創作。開拓不同的演出形式，發掘觀眾潛在趣味。

與會人員有縣議員吳韋達、李寶銀、彰化縣文化局長張雀芬、萍蓬草兒童劇團團長郭月媚、各演藝團體代表、各級民意代表與地方仕紳等。

The "2021 Changhua International Arts Festival Experimental Theater" performance plan has begun to accept applications. The Changhua County Government specially held a press conference on the morning of February 24 at Wude Hall in Changhua City to explain the activities. Deputy County Mayor Hong Rongzhang attended the meeting on behalf of County Mayor Wang Huimei. Everyone is invited from now until April 15, 110. This project is based on the concept of linking the local elements of Changhua with the environment. It will be performed in an informal theater. The Cultural Affairs Bureau stated that the entire event of the "2021 Changhua International Arts Festival" will be held in July and August, with a one-and-a-half-month art exhibition, including large-scale outdoor performances, outdoor street performers and experimental theaters. This art festival is expected to inject innovative elements into the ancient capital, reinterpret the history and context of Changhua with new artistic techniques, and create a new artistic feast in the ancient capital.

The experimental theater connects the historical context of the field by means of environmental connections, hoping to create a unique form of performance. Through the combination of historical field, performing arts and spectators, the team combines the local elements of Changhua with the spirit of innovation, novelty, and experimentation, gathers history, art and traditional culture, freely sway the stage cells, or build a county 300 The historical background of the year, etc., the possibility of developing the field space with the concept of environmental connection, hopes to bring a new sensory experience to the participating people, intensify the value of the exhibition, and is an innovative test and challenge for the team and the audience.

This project recruits outstanding experimental theater teams to promote local cultural creation and provide a platform and opportunity for artists to perform. Combining street characteristics and Changhua's humanities and history, it attracts domestic and foreign tourists, looking for the time and space corridors of memory and experiencing the charm of Changhua's cultural city. The experimental theater takes outdoor venues as the main axis. The selected team decides the venue for performances. With their most inspiring outdoor venues, they integrate Changhua's local elements and link history to create a unique script and performance creation. Open up different performances and explore the potential interest of the audience.

Participants included County Councillor Wu Weida, Li Baoyin, Changhua County Cultural Director Zhang Quefen, Pingpengcao Children’s Theater Director Guo Yuemei, representatives of various performing arts groups, representatives of public opinion at all levels, and local officials.
