嘉義縣社會局邀請「共玩創作」運用平板開辦動畫課程，結合民雄東榮社區長者及福池關懷協會小衛星計畫課後照顧班學童，共辦理3場「老幼共學-動畫課程」，文化觀光局協助提供嘉義縣觀光特色景點為主題，由縣長翁章梁親自參與共同製作出一部賀歲動畫短片。

社會局長蕭英成表示，翁縣長相當重視社區照顧，特別責成社會局規劃長輩與學童老幼共學的社區課程，增進代間互動，在溫馨、歡樂的氛圍下，促進彼此世代間的瞭解、傳承與分享，突破傳統照顧的想像。

「共玩創作」創辦人吳彥杰總監表示，在老幼共同製作動畫影片的過程中，除一起學習如何製作素材及拍攝動畫、也讓參與者初次體驗配音和錄音，更以嘉義縣的景點特色為發想，透過影片帶領大家喚起我們與這片土地共同的記憶。
