#明星報swsnews國際雙語新聞❤️台灣張總編google app翻譯年糕分享台中市勞工大學為提升勞工就業競爭力，今年度持續開辦逾百門勞工職能提升課程，包括時下最夯的網路直播應用、商業攝影運用、跨平台遊戲開發設計、空拍機入門操作等創新又實用的課程，以及超過40場專題講座，即(23)日起開放招生，歡迎設籍或工作地在台中市的勞工朋友踴躍報名參加。

勞工局代理局長羅群穆表示，勞工大學課程類別囊括產業發展與技術提升、數位資訊應用、管理、勞動權益保障及產業/職場專業語言等，課程多元，每小時僅收費50元，其中勞動權益保障課程免學費。109年度勞工大學課程及專題講座受惠民眾近4,300人，其中男性學員約占33%、女性學員約占67%，並以30至44歲最多，占42%，其次為45至64歲中高齡者，占38%，可見台中市勞工大學可滿足不同年齡層的需求，是勞工朋友最佳進修管道。

羅代理局長指出，今年度勞工大學預計開設逾百門課程與超過40場專題講座，除獲熱烈迴響的SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Illustrator、Python等數位資訊應用課程外，更開設新興社群媒體行銷與攝影必學的「LINE@申請應用及網路直播應用」、「攝影美學-商業攝影及運用」課程，以及「Unity跨平台遊戲開發設計」課程、「空拍機入門操作實務」等。

此外，包括「系統思考與問題解決實務」、由遊戲入手的「玩桌遊學人際關係與經營管理」、協助主管提升職能的「中堅幹部核心管理能力提昇」課程，都是提升職場管理能力的好選擇；「職安管理人員實務」、「認識勞工法規及勞工權益」、「新世代工會與勞動權益」等勞動權益課程，可讓勞工更了解勞動相關法規與實務，保障自身權益。

勞工局表示，為讓更多勞工朋友就近選修與便利上課，課程多半開設於平日晚間和假日，開課地點則委由大學及工會團體等於各區辦理，讓勞工朋友依其需求選讀勞工大學課程，若符合特定資格的勞工，可享弱勢勞工補助，學費全免。歡迎勞工朋友善用勞工大學各項資源，相關課程資訊可至官方網站（ https://laborlearn.taichung.gov.tw/index.php ）查詢。(2/23*7)*勞工局

In order to enhance the competitiveness of labor employment, Taichung University of Labor continues to offer more than 100 labor function enhancement courses this year, including the most popular webcast applications, commercial photography applications, cross-platform game development and design, and introductory operation of aerial cameras, etc. Innovative and practical courses, as well as more than 40 special lectures, will be open for enrollment from (23). Workers who are registered or work in Taichung are welcome to sign up.

According to Luo Qunmu, Acting Director of the Labor Bureau, the University of Labor’s courses include industrial development and technological upgrading, digital information applications, management, labor rights protection, and industry/workplace professional languages. The courses are diversified and only charge 50 yuan per hour, including labor rights. Guarantee course free of tuition. Nearly 4,300 people benefited from courses and seminars at the University of Labor in 109. Among them, male students accounted for about 33%, female students accounted for about 67%, and 30 to 44 years old accounted for the most, accounting for 42%, followed by 45 to 64 years old. Those, accounting for 38%, show that Taichung University of Labor can meet the needs of different age groups and is the best channel for laborers to study.

In addition, courses including "System Thinking and Problem Solving Practice", "Playing Board Games to Learn Interpersonal Relations and Operation Management" starting from games, and "Improving Core Management Competence of Core Cadres" to help supervisors enhance their functions are all good for improving workplace management capabilities. Choose; "Occupational Safety Management Personnel Practice", "Understanding Labor Laws and Labor Rights", "New Generation Unions and Labor Rights" and other labor rights courses, so that workers can better understand labor laws and practices, and protect their rights.

According to the Labor Bureau, in order to allow more workers to take elective courses nearby and to facilitate the attendance of classes, most of the courses are opened on weekdays and evenings and holidays. The locations of classes are entrusted to universities and labor unions in each district, so that workers can choose to take courses at the University of Labor according to their needs. Workers who meet certain qualifications can enjoy subsidies for disadvantaged workers and tuition is free. Workers are welcome to make good use of the resources of the University of Labor.
