#明星報swsnews國際雙語新聞❤️台灣張總編google app翻譯年糕分享為營造有利文化創意產業青年創業環境，協助取得創業經營所需資金，文化部於109年起推動100億文化創意青年創業及啟動金貸款，攜手財團法人中小企業信用保證基金、文化內容策進院與銀行共同合作，提供開辦準備金最高200萬元、週轉性支出最高400萬元及資本性支出最高1200萬元，並提供5年利息補貼，歡迎從事文化創意產業青年朋友申請。
文化部文創青創貸款方案，凡符合20歲至45歲的文創業者、事業（公司、商業、有限合夥、登記或立案）成立未滿5年，且修過20小時創業課程（實體、線上皆可），都可以提出創業貸款申請。文創產業類別包含：視覺藝術、音樂及表演藝術、文化資產應用及展演設施、工藝、電影、廣播電視、出版、流行音樂及文化內容與其他經文化部認定者。因此，舉凡書店、工藝創作、時尚設計、動漫、音樂、藝文展演、演藝團體、桌遊、插畫、雜誌刊物、策展、畫廊、開發文創商品、圖像授權、YouTuber、錄Podcast及影像工作室等，都是文創青創貸款的適用對象。
此次青年創業貸款手續簡便，100萬元以下創業貸款「免企劃書、免擔保、7天審貸」，貸款利率則以中華郵政股份有限公司2年期定期儲金機動利率加0.575%，機動計息（目前利率為1.42%），100萬元以上則需檢附計畫書。而為減輕青年貸款壓力，文化部除提供貸款100萬元以下利息5年全額補貼，貸款100萬元以上者，則可再向文策院申請利息補貼。
為鼓勵青年返鄉創業，發展地方特色文創，南投縣亦參與文化部建立的協力機制，共同推廣文創青創貸款，並提出希望優先支持之貸款額度，文化部亦承諾予以支持，歡迎本縣從事文創青年朋友向文策院或合作銀行(台灣銀行、土地銀行、兆豐銀行、第一銀行、合作金庫、華南銀行、彰化銀行、台灣中小企銀、台北富邦銀行、台中商業銀行及高雄銀行等)申請，以擴大創業經營績效，活絡地方經濟，促進產業發展。

The Ministry of Culture’s cultural and creative youth entrepreneurship loan program, for those who are 20 to 45-year-old cultural entrepreneurs, business (company, business, limited partnership, registration or filing) have been established for less than 5 years, and have completed 20 hours of entrepreneurship courses (entity, Online), you can apply for a business loan. Therefore, Jufan bookstores, craft creation, fashion design, animation, music, art exhibitions, performing arts groups, board games, illustrations, magazines, exhibitions, galleries, development of cultural and creative products, image licensing, YouTuber, Podcast and video recording Studios, etc., are all suitable objects for cultural and creative youth innovation loans.
The procedure for the youth entrepreneurship loan is simple. For entrepreneurial loans of less than 1 million yuan, there is "no plan, no guarantee, 7-day loan review". The loan interest rate is based on Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.'s 2-year fixed deposit mobile interest rate plus 0.575%. Interest calculation (the current interest rate is 1.42%), and a plan book is required for more than 1 million yuan. In order to alleviate the pressure on youth loans, the Ministry of Culture provides full subsidies for five years with interest of less than 1 million yuan, and those with loans of more than 1 million yuan can apply for interest subsidies from the Institute of Cultural Policy.
In order to encourage young people to return to their hometowns to start businesses and develop local characteristics of cultural and creative industries, Nantou County has also participated in the cooperation mechanism established by the Ministry of Culture to jointly promote cultural and creative youth creative loans, and proposed loan lines that the Ministry of Culture also promises to support.
