2021年歲末到新春,節氣正好也走到立春,是一年四季的新開始,因為疫情,拜訪旅遊等活動仍可能受到限制。連假前堆積如山的考試、工作、家務更會把人逼得喘不過氣,照顧外在人事物之外,別忘記適時地照顧自己。臺北市立聯合醫院林森中醫昆明院區中醫內科醫師陳慈玉提供以下幾個袪濕、調氣、養神的小技巧,幫助身體、心靈的除舊布新。


陳慈玉說,經歷漫長隆冬,身體常處於寒濕陰冷中,總會全身懶洋洋,活動量也跟著銳減,此時容易導致體內鬱積痰濕內熱,可以用性質平和,由山藥、蓮子、芡實、茯苓組成的四神湯來補脾袪濕,加強脾胃機能之外也能祛除堆積體內的濕氣。平時容易手腳冰冷可以酌加當歸、川芎。體內熱氣鬱積較為明顯,甚至容易口乾舌燥,則可以加上薏苡仁加強清利濕熱的效果。四神湯除了燉成湯品之外,也可以將藥材加足量水煮到透爛之後打成四神漿方便飲用。有血糖問題的人則可以將藥材瀝開不吃,單純飲用湯汁。


常需久坐靜坐盯著電腦、文件、書籍的朋友,可以用菊花加枸杞子,泡成茶飲,能夠養肝明目,減少長時間盯著電腦、文件對眼睛造成的傷害。工作堆積如山、行程緊湊,苦於沒時間運動的朋友可以再加上玫瑰花或香附,加強疏肝解鬱,紓緩緊繃的身心,如果覺得口感太過澀口可以在茶飲微溫時加上些許蜂蜜,調整茶飲的風味之外也有甘緩、放鬆神經、促進排便的效果。


常失眠,白天有倦怠感,老是感到心神不寧,甚至容易發脾氣、情緒起伏較大的朋友,可以選擇甘草、浮小麥、紅棗製成茶飲,將紅棗敲破去核和浮小麥、甘草一起加水熬煮30分鐘後飲用,舒緩浮躁、補養心神。若是倦怠感比較嚴重,可以加入桂圓加強溫補氣血,兼收安神之效。


新春期間難免因美食當前一時放肆忘了忌口,過度油膩、過量的飲食難免有礙腸胃,造成消化不良、痞悶、脹氣等不適,這時候可以選擇山楂、陳皮,酌量加入一些何首烏,解除油膩、促進消化、消除腸胃積滯。


對於情緒緊繃、壓力大、失眠等問題,陳慈玉建議,每天洗過溫水澡後到睡前,留下空白20分鐘,排除一切雜念、靜下心來替自己進行穴道按摩,用和緩、有規律節奏、輕柔力道,由前往後徒手梳理全頭頭皮,並且用指尖輕輕按壓百會穴、印堂穴、攢竹穴,可以疏散上擾頭部氣火,協助使腦中的思緒沉靜下來,肢體動作幅度可以加大,連肩膀、脖子都要跟著活動起來,讓平時處於僵硬緊繃狀態的肩頸也能連帶地跟著舒展開來。


接著用指腹揉按合谷穴、太衝穴,調暢全身氣機,讓全身上下都能夠舒暢、放鬆。最後按壓內關穴、神門穴,加強寧心安神助眠的效果。內經提到「胃不和則臥不安」的概念,如果有消化不良、脹氣、噯氣等問題,可以加強合谷穴、內關穴、足三里穴促進腸胃蠕動,和降胃氣,助入眠加強睡眠品質。

冬盡春來、新年伊始,運用以上袪濕、調氣、養神的方法,搭配充足的休息與運動,調節身體、心靈的平衡,協助準備好一年的能量,從容迎接嶄新的開端。
