Introduction

In order to allow visually impaired children across the country to stand at the same starting point, we are established with the concept of "self-help, mutual assistance, and help" under the ardent expectation of parents of visually impaired people everywhere. We hope to build consensus through local groups and strive for it together. Due rights and benefits, we will implement professional services for the visually impaired in various places, so that visually impaired children across the country can enjoy better welfare services and fair opportunities, so that they can ride the wind and waves to realize their dreams.

Service Description

1. Service target: visually impaired people and their families nationwide

2. Service content:

(1) Constructing a national policy dialogue platform for representatives of visually impaired parents

1. Visually impaired rights advocacy and policy promotion

2. Research on the welfare of the visually impaired

3. Implement the localization of professional services for the visually impaired

4. Organize various seminars, study courses, and growth groups

(2) Direct service:

1. The organization of nationwide networking events for visually impaired families

2. National Consultation and Care Service for Visually Impaired Families

3. Organize support groups for visually impaired youth and the elderly

4. Organize the Technology Treatment Project for the Visually Impaired Elderly

為了讓全國的視障孩子都能站在一樣的起跑點，我們在各地視障者家長的殷切期盼下以「自助、互助、助人」的理念成立，希望能透過地方團體凝聚共識並攜手爭取應有的權益與福利，將視障專業服務落實到各地，讓全國的視障孩子享有更好的福利服務，有公平的機會，讓他們能乘風破浪實現夢想。

（一）建構全國視障家長代表之政策對話平台

1.視障權益倡導及政策推動

2.視障福利之相關研究

3.落實視障者專業服務在地化

4.舉辦各種座談、研習課程、成長團體

2.全國性視障家庭諮詢與關懷服務

3.舉辦視障青少年及長者支持團體
