Q : 第一個問題請簡單介紹文創達人陳素秋老師的學經歷？與跟我們的讀者問候 A : 各位爽爆的讀者大家好大家好！我是文創達人陳素秋。我是畢業於國北教育大學的文創研究所，主修文化創意產業經營管理學系/藝術管理碩士。
目前是專業講師、企業顧問，任職於一家中小企業-宇陽國際公司擔任總經理，並在2006年進駐在中國大陸浙江寧波設立辦事處15年，從事出口貿易實務操作三十多年，1983年進入禮品雜貨玩具百貨業界至今，由早期的傳統產業塑膠OEM代工起家，而後轉型為貿易出口，而後衍生為文創商品設計(ODM)至品牌(OBM)推廣及自創品牌(OBM) 。
我也曾在農委會平鎮農會/文創商品開發與包裝設計、商店展示規劃、品牌行銷企劃專案。

Q : 第二個問題請簡單介紹工作職場上面的人生旅程？
A : 我在高二暑假實習期間，素秋從南部北上進入一家知名的塑膠工廠擔任作業員。必須輪三班的工作制度、呆板重複的作業模式，讓素秋在心中暗自下了決定──「我以後絕對要改變自己」。
畢業後，則接連找了幾份工作，但都覺得不是自己要的，做了兩年也就離開，在這一大段豐富的工作經歷中，素秋總是思考著自己要什麼?不要什麼?不斷的去改變、嘗試，不沉溺於安逸圈，勇敢地離開自己已經熟悉的工作環境。
最後，在一位堂姊的引薦下，我進入旅行社工作，初生之犢不畏虎的她，才進去不到三個月，就在陰錯陽差下當上領隊，獨自帶了一個40人的團體。
這樣有挑戰性的工作性質，讓素秋願意留下來，之後也順利的考上國際領隊。原本才正要開展的旅遊業生涯，就在她生下了大兒子之後暫停，回到了夫家幫忙。雖然覺得可惜，但結婚生子後的素秋決定將心力放在家庭與夫家的事業上，全心顧好四個孩子，也希望發揮她的能力，讓先生的事業能夠更加穩固。
所以當新的事物來到我身邊時，我也把握住了機會，去探索素秋嚮往已久──那個除了家庭、工作外的廣大世界……跟大家分享幾個我人生的小故事
1.老闆娘學校 第一個契機是新北市所開設的老闆娘學校的課程，當時亟欲改變的素秋，因此認識了很多朋友，他們都是媽媽、太太、媳婦的身份，相似的背景、共通的話題，讓素秋發現：原來不是只有我為一家大小忙碌著，也並不是只有我想走出家庭，探索這個世界。也因為這次的課程，喚醒了素秋一直潛伏在心中想要學習的熱情。
2.洗頭店的偶遇 第二段機緣是某次素秋去美容院洗頭時，偶遇了一位在高中夜間部教數學的老師，一聊之下才發現她的學歷不高，但卻可以教高中，原來是她到了○○大學去念了一個她口中「最爛的系」的研究所，所以憑藉著這份學歷在私校教書。這喚醒了素秋想要讀大學的夢想，在和身邊朋友互相鼓勵下，也一起訂下「先取得大學學歷，再好好考個國立研究所」的約定，素秋希望，自己有朝一日也能站上講台，成為一名講師。
3.美東一遊，打開我的視野與胸襟：另一個令我印象深刻的經驗，則是她在讀大學的前一年，跟一個登山團體去了一趟美東，那次的旅行讓她見識到了世界的廣大，接觸到從未體驗過的文化，那是一個和自己生活截然不同的世界，讓她大為震撼，也讓她的心胸開闊了起來，比較不會像以前那樣鑽牛角尖，執著在一些無解的問題上。
之後的二十年，我周旋於家庭與工作之間，夫家是傳統的大家庭，四個兄弟、四個妯娌，內有公婆，外有家族企業，要裡裡外外兼顧，著實費神費力。談到這一段過去，她形容：根本不會、也沒時間去想到自己！但隨著孩子漸漸成長，公司狀況漸趨穩定，我想要「改變」的念頭又浮了出來。於是我與先生溝通，希望能利用假日的時間去完成自己的夢想──取得大學學位，甚至，再更進一步拿到碩士學位，或許有朝一日能站在大學的殿堂上講課。這是高中聯考失利後、一路在職場碰撞的我在心中漸漸成形的夢想，雖然先生一開始並不贊成，但最後我考上中部的大學後，先生也只好答應了。
拿到學士學位後的四年，我又再度回到校園，進入了專業大學的文化創意相關科系攻讀碩士學位，在就讀期間，我將工作與所學結合，利用自家產品的優勢，把理論帶入實務之中，順利取得碩士學位。
之後更不斷參與進修課程，陸續考取了國際顧問師、文創經紀、經營管理顧問師等證照。身為一個職業婦女，在短時間內要取得這些專業證照是一件不容易的事，我也在其中遭遇許多挫折和質疑：不單是周遭的人不解我為什麼要讓自己那麼累，就連自己在夜深人靜時，也會疑惑自己這一生到底在做什麼？是不是像隻無頭蒼蠅一樣四處亂闖？我想要有一個「屬於自己的東西」，但又覺得自己做了那麼多努力，卻始終得不到肯定。直到去年，在因緣際會下，我接觸到文創講師這塊領域，原本對上台無法侃侃而談的她，在一次又一次的磨練下，竟越來越得心應手，更讓她大為驚奇的是，當我檢視過去，發現看似不相關的事情卻好像全部整合了起來：會計、資管、企管、文創以及那些挫折的經驗，全部成為了養料，滋養了我想要成為講師的夢，現在的我，對於後半生要走的道路逐漸清晰且充滿夢想，因為，屬於自己的道路，才正要展開。
Q :第三個請介紹什麼是文創整合？ A :請各位先想一下， 什麼是文化創意產業? 在這個跨時代，大家不斷追求創新及突破，素秋我歸納出一個文化創意產業的公式: 【文化+創意(生活) =產業(生意)】，給你帶來的是財富，進而創造國人的就業機會，文創從哪著手呢?可以著重的在於傳統文化保存，結合地方特色，甚至可以再結合科技，而巷弄生活美學則是需要再城鄉及區域均衡發展上著手，而當今的消費者，若是產品有著文化趣味，相信也是讓人樂買單，就是一門好生意。
其實，文化創意可說是無所不在，無時無刻把我們包圍著，我們認為在簡單不過的人事物，當加入了任何新鮮文字題材或故，有別於以往的刻板印象，便搖身一變為文化創意。相信大家對於誠品書店一定再熟悉不過了吧！可以立竿見影，當文創結合生活、原創、藝術、設計、美食等各種不同的文化，再加上一個平台曝光的機會, 讓文創遇見商場，加上不間斷的創意及熱情延續，是一個很典型成功的文創例子，將文創整合最大化，這就是一門好生意。

另外一個新希望是，持續做一個專業講師及企業輔導顧問，能夠有機會發揮一些時間與專來協助的年輕孩子創業成長與資源。陳素秋老師曾任多家美商跨國公司，具有豐富製造業的採購、物流、生產與銷售供應鏈實戰及管理經驗。陳老師以自己三十幾年對生產管理職涯實際操作經驗的積累，針對企業或年輕人在實用性上有所幫助的培訓。

Q: For the second question, please briefly introduce the life journey in the workplace?
A: During my summer internship during my second year of high school, Suqiu went from the south to the north and entered a well-known plastic factory as an operator. The three-shift work system and the dull and repetitive work pattern made Su Qiu secretly make a decision in his heart-“I will definitely change myself in the future.”
After graduating, I found several jobs one after another, but I felt that I didn’t want it. After two years of work, I left. In this large period of rich work experience, Su Qiu always thinks about what he wants? What not?
