China Animal Welfare International Exchange Association
Introduction
This association is a non-profit social organization established in accordance with the law, and its leader is to mobilize social forces and advocate the promotion of animal welfare.
Service Description
The tasks of this association are as follows:
1. Set up animal shelters to house stray animals.
Second, send and raise stray animals.
Third, promote animal welfare education.
Fourth, assist the government to ban harassment, cruelty and harm to animals.
Fifth, the military's international exchanges on improving animal welfare.
Sixth, promote the sterilization of domestic dogs and cats.
7. Gradually decently operate other animal protection organizations with transparent finances.
8. Accept government consultation on matters concerning the promotion of animal welfare.
9. To reward groups and individuals in Taiwan that have made outstanding contributions to the improvement of animal welfare.
Ten, the military is in line with the humane reduction of stray animals.
11. Other matters related to improving animal welfare.
單位簡介
本會名稱為社團法人中華動物福祉國際交流協會，英文名稱為Chinese Animal Welfare Interchange Association，簡稱CAWIA。 本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體，以發動社會力量，倡導提升動物福祉為宗旨。
服務說明
本會之任務如下：
一、 設置動物收容處所收容流浪動物。
二、 送養流浪動物。
三、 推展動物福祉教育。
四、 協助政府取締騷擾、虐待及傷害動物情件。
五、 從事有關提升動物福祉國際交流。
六、推展家犬貓絕育 。
七、 捐助正派經營且財務透明之其它動保組織。
八、 接受政府諮詢有關提升動物福祉事項。
九、 獎勵台灣對提升動物福祉有卓越貢獻團體與人士。
十、 從事符合人道降低流浪動物業務。
十一、其他有關提升動物福祉事項。
