寒流再度來襲，衛生福利部疾病管制署上週公告出現本流感季首例流感重症個案，為77歲女性，沒有接種疫苗，感染型別為H3N2，與本年度流感疫苗株相符；桃園市衛生局表示，該重症案例雖非桃市個案，但桃園市上週流感/類流感急診就診人次達2,331人次，全國上週流感/類流感急診就診亦有3萬餘人次，且近日氣溫變化大，切不可輕忽對流感的防護，感染流感後可能出現嚴重併發症，常以細菌性及病毒性肺炎表現，多見於老年人、嬰幼童及慢性疾病患者，而接種疫苗就是預防流感最好的方法，提醒民眾千萬不要輕忽對流感的預防，儘速接種疫苗保護自己也保護家人。 衛生局表示，目前流感疫苗僅剩餘1萬餘劑，為擴大對市民的保護，桃園市政府另添購5,000劑疫苗開放設籍桃園市市民不限年齡免費接種，請市民攜帶身份證及健保卡，儘速前往13區衛生所接種，疫苗數量有限用罄為止；衛生局呼籲，民眾於疫情期間更需注重健康保養，按時接種流感疫苗增加免疫力，可減少罹患流感的機會，並減少醫療就診與住院，尤其65歲以上長者及學齡前幼兒是屬於流感的高風險族群，更應每年施打流感疫苗，另幼兒首次接種應施打2劑疫苗，才能獲得完整保護。 衛生局提醒，呼吸道疾病易透過飛沫及接觸傳染，民眾應落實「防疫新生活運動」，儘量避免出入人潮壅擠、空氣不流通之公共場所，並加強個人衛生防護，務必正確配戴口罩，落實社交距離並注意咳嗽禮節及生病在家休息等個人衛生防護，減少病毒感染機會，保護自己也保護他人，如就醫時務必主動告知醫師旅遊史、職業別、接觸史及是否群聚(TOCC)。如有流感疫苗接種相關疑問可撥打衛生局防疫專線0800-033-355或1999市民諮詢服務熱線洽詢。
