動作一雙手握住包繩兩側將意念放在上背


動作二往上輕輕提配合呼吸輕吐氣


動作三來回操作配合吸氣放鬆肌肉


功效可以鍛鍊到上闊背肌以及上半身肌群放鬆





Action 1: Hold both sides of the rope with both hands and place the mind on the upper back


Action 2: Lift up gently with breathing and exhale gently

Action three back and forth operation with inhalation to relax muscles


The effect can be exercised to relax the upper lats and upper body muscles
